Please be so kind and send us to the e-mail address contact@raiffeisenasigurari.ro the following documents:

• Mandate of brokerage – filled in, signed and stamped;
• The Form on Measures of identifying legal entities (filled in and signed);
• A copy of the ID card of the company’s administrator (signed with the hand written note “according to the original”).

The form is compliant with Law 677/2001 on the processing of private data and Order 24/2008 for the application of the Norms on the prevention and control of money laundering and funding of terrorism deeds through the insurance market.

Please be so kind and send to  the e-mail address contact@raiffeisenasigurari.ro the following documents:

• The Form on the Measures of indentifying individuals (filled in and signed);
• A copy of the ID card (signed with the hand written note “according to the original”).
